Mini Granola Tarts with Yogurt πŸ’œ

We created this edible "cup" made from granola. It looks like a crunchy cookie that looks (and tastes) like cheesecake, but no!'s your favorite granola with yogurt and fruit on top.

You can bake it in muffin tins, but it also works in pie tins or refractory pans.

  • 1 cup of Dasavena light recipe
  • 1 cup whole grain oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons (80 grams) of butter at the time

These ingredients are mixed in the food processor until they are well incorporated and the desired texture is left (it can be lumpier or smoother). Put about a tablespoon in each muffin mold and flatten the dough with a piece of waxed paper until it is compact at the bottom.

Bake at 180*C for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. When they come out of the oven they feel a little soft, but they should get crispy once they cool.

Unmold (carefully insert a knife on one side to remove easily) and add Greek yogurt lightly sweetened with pure maple syrup or honey.

It is decorated with seasonal fruit: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, figs, etc. Finally, yellow lemon zest is added πŸ‹, it gives it a delicious touch! If you have guests at home, it is a very original way to receive them with a "mini pie" of these in each place.
