๐ŸPINEAPPLE AND TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

๐Ÿ”… 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
๐Ÿ”… 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
๐Ÿ”… 1 piece of fresh ginger
๐Ÿ”… 1 tablespoon chia seeds
๐Ÿ”… 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
๐Ÿ”… 1 lemon (its juice)
๐Ÿ”… 1 cup of water or orange juice or coconut water (whatever you have)
๐Ÿ”… 2 tablespoons of Dasavena Original๐Ÿ’œ

Everything is processed in the blender and served while it is still thick. The granola is added on top... it is very important to add something you can chew when you have a smoothie for breakfast since your brain associates it with a solid food and you will feel more satiated
