Almond Pancakes

Ingredients:

• 1 1/3 almond flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Toppings:

• Dasavena Granola Chocolate Recipe
• Fresh blackberries
• Maple syrup
• Greek yogurt

 

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, and one by one, add the liquids, stirring with a whisk.

• You can correct the consistency by adding a few more tablespoons of almond milk (if it looks too dry) or a few tablespoons of almond flour (if it looks too liquid).
• Grease a frying pan and prepare your pancakes as usual, browning on both sides.

• Decorate with granola, fruits, honey and yogurt
