Green Smoothie 🌱

I like all the variants of juices or smoothies, but this is my favorite and it's the one I prepare with my eyes closed 😝. I recommend taking it on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.

Smoothies have blended fruit or vegetables and therefore DO contain fiber. Your body needs to digest this shake so you get all the goodness of a whole meal (just like blending a salad) in the convenience of a glass. It gives you a much greater feeling of satiety.

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of orange juice or coconut water
  • A large handful of spinach
  • A piece of shelled ginger
  • 1 lemon (its juice)
  • 1 whole cucumber (with skin and seeds)
  • Dasavena Original recipe or Dasavena Light recipe

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients and put the Dasavena recipe of your choice on top. It will be a super complete breakfast for your morning! πŸ’š
