French Toast with Brioche Bread

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole brioche bread
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 eggs
  • Dasavena Granola Light Recipe

Procedure:

• Cut the bread into thick slices and place them in a baking dish.

• Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the bread to absorb the liquid. Leave to rest for one hour in the refrigerator.

• Preheat the oven to 180C. Meanwhile, remove the loaves from the refrigerator and brown them one by one in a hot pan lightly greased with butter. • Once all the slices are browned, they are placed in another baking dish and placed in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

• It’s worth the extra “work” to achieve this spectacular French bread!

• Serve with maple syrup, berries to taste and Dasavena Light Recipe Granola
